What Happens When I Register? Once you have registered for the home sale data available in the members-only area, you will receive a password via e-mail within 24 hours. You can then access the home sale data for the neighborhoods you have selected. The data includes address, sale price, sale date, and the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, & garage spaces. The data is updated by the 7th of each month (sales from the previous month can be reported as late as the 4th of each month). An e-mail will be sent to you when the data has been updated. There is no cost for this service. Your personal information is not shared with anyone else. You can cancel anytime. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
