I'm so sure that you'll love the home you buy, that I'll guarantee it! If you discover that you don't love your new home, I will waive my fee to sell it for you. This guarantee applies regardless of whether I represent you as the buyer or if you purchase a home for which I represent the seller.
The Fine Print You need to notify me in writing within six months of the closing date that you don't love your new home. I will waive the 2.5% fee that RE/MAX of Naperville collects as payment for the listing side of the transaction provided that I represent you in the purchase of your next house. You are responsible for paying the 2.5% fee to the buyer's broker in the sale.
