When I represent you in the purchase of a home, you can utilize my Smooth Move program. The Smooth Move guarantees a fixed price for certain aspects of your closing costs when you use my preferred service providers. The Smooth Move price includes:
And, of course, you can use my moving truck.
The following fees are not a part of the guarantee: Title company charges, government recording and transfer fees, homeowners insurance, prepaid interest, private mortgage insurance premiums (if applicable), discount points (if applicable), funds required to fund an escrow account (if applicable), and miscellaneous charges.
The guaranteed fixed price amount will vary based upon the house that is purchased and will be determined before an offer is written on a home.
The Smooth Move is optional when purchasing a home with me - you can elect to use any service provider for the services needed. I do not have any ownership interest in any of the preferred service providers - I use them because they have proven to be top-notch with my previous clients. |
